Bree Pit Bull Terrier Adult Female for sale in Richland, Washington

Bree's story
This confident, happy, medium energy, fun-loving girl loves everyone. Humans big and small, men as well as women, she gravitates towards children and is careful around the little ones.
For Bree life was good and then it wasn't. The marriage fell apart and then her family and home fell apart too. Since then Bree is a little slower to smile, and a smidge slower to find her groove in a new situation but she is proof that you can't keep a good girl down.
Bree is an EASY dog who wants nothing more than to be where her people are, doing whatever they are doing. Bree is a confident girl who adjusts quickly to new situations; shes the kind of comfortable that can go from the dog park, to Home Depot, to Starbucks without missing a beat. Loves the car, loves to walk, and loves to hang out with her peeps. Shes a medium energy girl who needs a romp to blow off a bit of steam every day but as long as youre nearby she will burn it off on her own.
Bree is very passive with humans of all sizes, and she gets along well with other dogs, however she does NOT like to share toys or chews. She will easily tolerate human hands near her stuff and safely surrender to people but she doesnt like to be bothered by other dogs.
Bree has been well socialized, not much bothers her as long as her familiars are close by. She walks nicely on a leash, is perfectly housetrained, and has the basics down.
Bree has been sterilized, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and treated for internal and external parasites. All her available veterinary records will be provided at the time of adoption. She has had an injury to her back leg that occasionally causes her discomfort but our veterinarian says that it is probably due to the onset of arthritis and can easily be managed with occasional doses of canine anti-inflammatories.
Bree's adoption fee is $185. For more pictures and updates about her, see her album on our Facebook page at /pg/HearthfireAnimalRescueTeam/photos/?tab=album&album_id=036
Please note that HART does not have a facility. Our dogs live in foster homes, and are not available to meet potential adopters until after their adoption application has been approved.
If you are interested in adopting Bree, please email and request an adoption application. Our application process includes an online background check, vet interview, landlord/property manager interview (if in rental property), and interviews with personal references, other adults living on the property, and the applicant. Depending on various factors we may require a home check. This process usually takes about one week to complete.
Most of our dogs are located in the Tri-Cities, Washington area, and if necessary we will transport them anywhere within the Pacific Northwest, at the adopter's expense. We do not ship our dogs via a third party; they are handed directly from a trusted HART representative to the adopter.
